Dillon Donolds is the Director, Paid Media & Digital Marketing at Georgetown Public Affairs, where he helps clients navigate complex policy, reputation, and stakeholder-engagement challenges through integrated digital strategy. He brings more than a decade of experience across corporate, nonprofit, advocacy, and public-interest communications.

Before joining Georgetown Public Affairs, Dillon strategic held digital-marketing roles at Marriott International and Enviva Biomass. At Marriott, he led global paid-media strategy and operations for a multi-million-dollar media portfolio spanning major B2B and B2C initiatives, including campaigns for Marriott Vacations Worldwide, the American Express/Marriott Bonvoy co-branded credit card, and a countrywide campaign supporting Marriott's Canadian properties. At Enviva, he managed digital content and reputation strategy across the U.S. Southeast and the European Union amid high-profile climate, energy, and policy conversations, including heightened scrutiny during EU national elections, advising leadership on thought leadership and responsive communications.

Earlier in his career, Dillon led digital communications and marketing initiatives at Washington Regional Transplant Community, where he helped produce digital content for a heritage-months initiative in partnership with NBC4 and supported marketing materials for a multi-state DMV client base spanning DC, Northern Virginia, and Southern Maryland.

He also spent several years as a freelance creative, producing photography, video, and digital storytelling for commercial, academic, nonprofit, and civic-engagement organizations. His work included a national campaign produced jointly with Howard University Hospital and Donate Life of America, and content supporting a multi-year, nationwide study conducted between the University of Maryland's College of Education and the Gates Foundation.

Dillon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Winthrop University and is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
