Delivering regulatory approvals at home and around the world

For seven years, GPA was the driving force behind Starship Technologies successful public affairs efforts in the United States, the United Kingdom, Estonia, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden, among other countries.

GPA was responsible for developing Starship’s original legislative and regulatory strategy both in the United States and Europe. Under GPA's direction, nine states and the District of Columbia enacted laws authorizing the operation of Personal Delivery Device in public space.  In addition, GPA led the successful adoption of national statutes and authorizations in Estonia, Finland, and Denmark, and secured municipal permits in the UK, Germany, and over a dozen US cities.

Our work gets noticed.

Postmates and Starship Technologies worked closely with Washington, D.C., to test delivery robots, and have taken a similar approach of working with governments across the country since that initial trial. In the end, working with cities and local governments is a more cost- and reputation-effective way for technology companies to disrupt.
